Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience.
Reservation DEPOSITS are 100% non-refundable.
Reservation/Security Deposit Refund Policy:

Security DEPOSITS are 100% non-refundable.
You can reschedule the date or time of your experience at least 24 hours in advance of the start date of the experience.
If you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy is based on the original purchase time and
original start date of the experience.
No-shows and late reschedules (less than 24 hours’ notice) will forfeit the amount prepaid for your selected service/reservation.
Arriving 10 minutes or more late without calling to obtain prior consent constitutes a NO-SHOW and will not be refunded.
Arriving late may also cause your session time to be reduced in order to keep the next guest from waiting past their scheduled time.
Cancellations Due to Weather:

If weather creates a safety concern, either before or during the experience, we may cancel the experience. In the rare event your experience is cancelled, you will be able to reschedule (subject to availability). For travelers outside Jamaica, a refund will be issued (minus the deposit or partial deposit at Splash Time’s discretion).
Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Splash Time Water Sports.
Charter Boats: At times, a tarp will be used to cover the boat
